"Doctors tell you that steroids (cortisone, prednisone) only cause side effects after many years. But new research shows that permanent damage is immediate and devastating. Studies show that steroids cause permanent, debilitating effects after a single dosage. 'Steroids are probably the most sleazy of modern day medications"  John Mills, former professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and chief of infectious diseases at San Francisco General Hospital. more on the danger of steroids --- danger of antibiotics --- Understanding Homeopathic/Holistic Veterinary
Understanding Homeopathic/Holistic Veterinary Holistic veterinary work aims to make your pet as healthy as he or she can be and gradually build up their body to the best that it can be. We are working with the immune system and not against it and aiming not just for health, but also for resistance to disease. This can take time and some animals will never be totally free of adverse characteristics, but should live longer and healthier lives, with greater ability to fight off disease instead of being victim to whatever comes around. In practice this means an animal can have a so called fatal illness but have an immune system that with the right homeopathic trigger can overcome the illness. The immune system which is encompassed in the term vital force depends on a variety of factors. These include age of the animal, type of disease, duration of illness as well as the innate vital force or qi that the animal was born with. Drugs, poor nutrition, constant vaccinations, chemical treatments for fleas and ticks all undermine the immune system and should be avoided as much as possible. Homeopathic remedies work with the body and not against it and when used correctly should leave the body healthier than it was before it was sick. Suppressive drugs such as antibiotics and cortisone leave it weaker than before, although may have to be used in certain life threatening situations. In practice a homeopathic remedy will be prescribed for your individual pet, and over a period of time, which depends upon how serious the condition is, there should be a gradual return to health and well-being. There should be more energy, less disease symptoms, and ultimately none. Other benefits include a shiny coat, more balanced emotions and better teeth, and freedom from diseases such as chronic ear infections and skin allergies. Obviously this is not an overnight process, and takes some time and commitment for both the veterinarian and the animal caretaker. But the results should be a much healthier animal who lives a long and healthy life as is possible.  Why animals exhibit pica behavior? (the act of eating non-food items, including poop.)

Dr. Michael Dym, DMV,  Classical Veterinary Homeopathy -offers phone consultation -  Experienced with Transfer Factor

Dr. Dym is one of 250 veterinarians in the US trained in classical veterinary homeopathy by Richard Pitcairn, DVM, PhD. Dr. Dym is a presidential scholar graduate from Cornell University with his VMD from Penn. He is an active member of the Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy and the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association.  www.canineworld.com/drdym

"Over the past 40 years and 17 generations of dogs and, cats we are seeing tremendous increases in chronic ill health in our pets that was rare back in the early 1960's. Most of these illnesses revolve around breakdown in our pets' immune systems, and include chronic skin/ear allergies, digestive upset, thyroid/adrenal/pancreatic disorders, seizures, gum/ teeth problems, degenerative arthritis, kidney/liver failure, and cancer across all ages and breeds. We are also seeing a record number of behavioral and emotional disorders including alarming and unexplained fears/aggression., as well as difficulty focusing/training and paying attention. The analogy of these compared with escalating immune/behavioral diseases in children is quite disturbing. The two biggest factors in our pets' population health decline over these generations has been the severe overuse of multiple vaccines and nutrient poor and toxin filled commercial pet foods. We have also failed to address the underlying cause of disease by only sup pressing symptoms with antibiotics, cortisone and related drugs, so the disease progresses and goes deeper. Homeopathy offers a viable alternative in truly curing pets and making their bodies healthier."

Dr. Dee Blanco DVM  505-986-3434  Santa Fe, NM

Dr. Blanco was trained at Colorado State University at a time when alternative medicine for animals did not exist. It was only after her own illness did she find homeopathy, which dramatically shifted her understandings about health and healing. She has practiced Holistic Medicine for most of her 28 years as a veterinarian with a focus in Classical Homeopathy and Nutritional Therapeutics. She consults via telephone from Santa Fe, New Mexico and has certifications in both Homeopathy and Acupuncture

"I am currently available for telephone consultations and use Classical Homeopathy and Nutritional Therapeutics for all types of animal dis-ease; physical and emotional. Although I am trained in allopathic medicine my first choice is to use natural methods that will assist the body’s already hardwired ability to heal. The Homeopathy stimulates the body's healing response, the nutrition and supplements feed the body, together they potentiate a more vital healing response. I am certified in Veterinary Homeopathy, trained by Dr. Richard Pitcairn, as well as other human homeopaths. I am also certified in Veterinary Acupuncture, trained through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS). Currently I train with many of the country's foremost researchers and teachers in Functional/Nutritional medicine. Although I consult clients about Homeopathy, Nutrition and Nutracueticals my primary focus is education. It is  through understanding the fundamentals of how to truly prevent illness we achieve the most resiliant and resistant body.  It is also through these concepts as to how the the body maintains and sustains health, we can raise our expectations of wellness and vitality in our animals and ourselves.

Dr. Dee Blanco, D.V.M - "You take healthy animals and often very quickly after you vaccinate, you can see simple things like itching of the skin or excessive licking of the paws, sometimes even with no eruptions and licking of the air. We see a lot of epilepsy/seizure, often after a rabies vaccination. Or dogs or cats can become aggressive for several days. Frequently, you'll see urinary tract infections in cats, often within three months after their [annual] vaccination. If you step back, open your mind and heart, you'll start to see patterns of illness post-vaccination."

Jeffrey Levy, DVM - 413-268-3000 RR 01 Box 178-G - Williamsburg, Ma 01096

"My clinical practice is devoted exclusively to homeopathic treatment for dogs, cats, and horses. I also teach advanced veterinary homeopathy in seminars around the U.S. Homeopathy is a powerful and sophisticated system of medicine. With homeopathic remedies, I have been successful in treating a wide variety of health problems, including many that are very serious or for which there is no conventional treatment.

Treatment with allopathic drugs (antibiotics, steroids, hormones, etc.) should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.  Corticosteroids (cortisone-type anti-inflammatory drugs) are the most abused and dangerous class of drugs. Not only do they not cure the underlying cause of the problem, they usually make the underlying problem, that is, the real problem, worse.

The greatest harm of drug treatment is usually not so much the toxicity or side effects as it is the effects of suppression. Allopathic (conventional Western) medical thinking generally seeks immediate gratification: just make the symptom go away. So the patient may be better in the short term, but is usually worse in the longer term. Homeopathy is just the opposite: sometimes the symptoms are worse in the short term (such as with aggravation or the reversal of a previous suppression), but the real benefit is in the longer term.

A symptom, say itchy skin, is the body's response to a deeper problem. When a symptom is suppressed, it is only the outward manifestation of the problem that goes away. Since the deeper problem is still there, the body may, in time, produce the same symptom again. Another possibility is that, as a result of the suppression, the deeper problem progresses to the point that a deeper, more serious symptom is produced. So the itchy skin may go away, but then chronic diarrhea develops. If the diarrhea is then suppressed as well, it may lead to, say, liver disease. But hey, at least the skin is cleared up!"  Visit Dr. Levy's website

Dr. Will Falconer, D.V.M. Certified Veterinary Homeopath, Alternatives for Animal Health, Austin, Texas. Telephone Consultations by Appointment 512-288-5400 Experienced with Transfer Factor     Dr. Falconer accepts a limited number of new patients most of the year.  His Contact Page tells how to apply

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, University of Missouri 1980. Practice followed, with the first seven years providing conventional medical and surgical care to creatures large and small. Retraining in methods natural included certification in acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society, followed by certification as a Veterinary Homeopath by the Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy. Dr. Falconer has since 1992 dedicated his practice to classical homeopathy, with animal patients around the globe. Dr Falconer also uses Transfer Factor in his practice.

The philosophy of Alternatives for Animal Health is that we work with your animal’s innate healing abilities to achieve an optimal state of health. This is best accomplished by the smooth working together of doctor, care giver, and animal. The doctor depends on you the care giver to carefully watch and report on symptoms. He will use the information you provide to carefully guide the course of homeopathic care for your individual animal. As no two animals are exactly alike, even if they have the same diagnosis, we will focus on how your individual animal manifests illness and health. This uniqueness will guide the treatment according to the clear principals of classical homeopathy.

Vaccination issue - Vaccinations:  See Dr. Falconer's 3 part analysis of this important decision at http://alt4animals.com/vaccinations.htm

Question to Dr. Falconer: does vaccination (or over-vaccination) causes overactive immune reaction (autoimmune disorder) or does it cause suppression of the immune system?

Dr. Falconer: "The answer is YES.  Probably both.  Vaccination *confuses* the immune system, as I point out in my heartworm eBook. So, it could go either way, or alternate over time between the two. Transfer Factor is a natural nutritional product that help support the animal's immune system. A healthy immune system is capable of helping the body heal itself. Transfer Factor should be given before and immediately after vaccination for at least a few weeks to help ameliorate the confusion (when someone is faced with a mandatory vaccination, or has decided they want to give one).  By giving the immune system with Transfer Factor, the immune intelligence should be able to better sort through the confusion, though I'm not sure that's measurable." Charles E Loops DVM  takes phone consultation for animals, large and small. 38 Waddell Hollow Rd., Pittsboro, NC 27312 --- Phone: (919)542-0442  - Experienced with Transfer Factor

"After 10 years of traditional veterinary practice I became tired of having no treatment for chronic disease, incurable conditions, and a plethora of allergic maladies which seem to plague all veterinary practices. I was frustrated with giving animals cortisone (danger of steroids) because I had no other solutions, or using antibiotics (danger of antibiotics) for infections which I knew were of viral origin. At this time I had some chronic health problems, which had been unresolvable allopathically, but they responded to treatment by homeopathy. It took some time but it worked.!

This is when my philosophy about disease changed and my interest in classical homeopathy began. I studied with Richard Pitcairn, DVM, going to workshops that he offered for several years. I completed a year of study with Linda Johnston, M.D., author of Everyday Miracles who had a very successful homeopathic practice in Ca.. I have studied extensively and continue to do so. I progressively added homeopathy to my practice over a 4 year period and in February of 1992, I sold this practice so that I could devote myself to veterinary homeopathy exclusively.

My practice is mainly by referral and 95% by telephone consultation. I have treated thousands of cases using the principles of classical homeopathy and I continue to find this system of gentle healing to be the most effective therapy that has ever existed.

Dr Loops also offers alternative to routine vaccination with a SCHEDULE FOR IMMUNIZATION WITH HOMEOPATHIC NOSODES

Homeopathic vaccine antidote - By law, an animal must be vaccinated against rabies every three years. To protect your pet, you can request from Dr. Loops a homeopathic antidote to minimize or reduce vaccine damage. The cost is $6.00 for single doses and $15 for 1/4 ounce bottles for repeated dosing. I believe that sick animals or animals with a compromised immune system can get an examption to rabie vaccines. Check with your local animal control authorities. Vaccinosis Health Hazard of Routine Vaccination: placing our animals at risk

Correctly prescribed homeopathic remedies can often undue the damage caused by vaccines Homeopathy is noted for its success to antidote or remove the toxic effects of vaccines and to re-establish balance in the organism and restore health. Certain homeopathic remedies taken after vaccination can minimize  vaccine damage. A professional homeopathic vet should be consulted for more information.

Rabie Vaccines
By law, an animal must be vaccinated against rabies every three years. To protect your pet, you can request a homeopathic antidote to minimize the side effects of vaccine damage from Dr. Charlie Loops.  For rabie vaccine, the remedy is "lyssin". The cost $6.00 for single doses and $15. for 1/4 ounce bottles for repeated dosing. Some nosodes seem to work more effectively than others.  None produce titers against disease like a vaccination, so they are not vaccine replacements.  They do seem to moderate a disease condition if the animal is exposed, even if they don't prevent it. Homeopathic nosodes are another option for guardians who wish to avoid vaccinations. Nosodes cost $15. each and provide many doses. They are dosed "as needed" and instructions are provided from Dr. Loop's office.    Telephone Consultations by Appointment:  Hours: 9-4 (EST) Mon., Tues., Wed., & Fri. (closed Thursdays)  Phone: (919) 542-0442 Fax: (919) 542-0535

Dr. Annette Richmond, DVM in Pacific Grove, California, 831-655-0501     Experienced with Transfer Factor

After her first year out of vet school she knew there had to be more with which to treat pets than the standard medicine I was taught to give. She went to acupuncture school at the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society that year and that started her interest in natural medicine, learning Traditional Chinese Medicine which includes acupuncture and herbs. She has always been an advocate hor healthful diets, exercise, nutraceutical support, and reduced vaccinations to help support the immune system. She uses only nautral medicine ( no antibiotics or steroids on her shelves ) and physical rehabilitation.

What is Pica? Pica is the act of eating non-food items. In less serious cases, cats may chew or suck on objects, but not actually swallow them. Common targets include yarn or string, fabric, wool, phone or electric cords, and plants. Any object may be a potential target, however.  Holistic veterinarians believe that cats exhibit pica behavior because our soil, plants, and especially commercial foods are woefully deficient in key nutrients.  Scientists theorize that mineral deficiency subjects us, and our animals,  to more diseases, aging, sickness and destruction of our physical well-being than any other factor in personal health. A groundswell of nutrition conscious veterinarians are beginning to recommend to their clients that they supplement their animals diet with a daily dose of flaxseed oil and other nutrients for optimum health and vitality. The food your animal eats should provide all of the nutritional components which are necessary for all organs and systems of a healthy body to perform in harmonious unison. A properly functioning body does an amazing job at preventing disease and healing itself, and to do this it requires the energies and nutrients of a well-balanced diet. In terms of finding the proper diet for our companions, this means learning to look beyond our own needs, opinions, and agendas to address the natural needs of the animals that we caretake. more

“After 15 years in conventional practice, I began to notice the ill effects caused by yearly vaccinations and the routine use of steroids and antibiotics.  I also realized that an inferior diet was contributing to the ill health of many of my patients. I was frustrated with the increasing number of chronically ill patients which I was seeing and their poor response to conventional treatment.   This caused me to sell my conventional practice and study Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, including Acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapy, and nutritional therapy.  While I found this to help many patients, I was still seeking a more effective therapy for these chronically ill patients.  I studied homeopathy with Dr. Richard Pitcairn and completed his Homeopathy Course for veterinarians.  I found homeopathy to be a superior form of medicine which effectively treats most chronic conditions.  Combined with a customized nutritional plan, I have found that homeopathy can dramatically improve the quality of life for our animal companions.”

Betsy Harrison made the switch from conventional to alternative ways of thinking about health and disease after having witnessed the remarkable results that Homeopathy can yield without side-effects, without invasive techniques. Dr. Harrison promotes a healthy diet which most mimics the natural diet for dogs and cats, one of raw meat and raw meaty bones, with some green vegetables. She's also aware that vaccinations by-pass all the body's natural defenses and can cause chronic disease.

Thinking holistically is not so much about the substances they prescribe, but the way they see your animal. Do they look at the WHOLE animal, at the mind, body, spirit, genetics, environment? Or do they just lunge for a "fix" for the complaint that brought you in?

Some vets, who have come out of a longtime allopathic practice and have become disillusioned, are very holistic in their thinking. They experienced a real "conversion" of the way they perceive sickness, health, and the life force. Others came into veterinary medicine with holistic stars in their eyes, and have always practiced that way. But there are a fair amount of vets out there who advertise themselves as "holistic" who really aren't, and there are a lot of folks getting very disillusioned with those vets. learn more

Veterinary Success Using Transfer Factors
We all know the importance of an optimal immune system, not only after surgical procedures or fighting disease and serious illness, but also in your patient's or pet's everyday wellness.  Recent in vitro and in vivo studies on Transfer Factor Plus  documented an increase in Natural Killer cell activity in humans by 248% and 269% respectively, over baseline immune response. The NK cell is the animal's first line of defense against many pathogens... bacteria, viruses, parasites, and of course malignant tumor cells.

Charles W. Brown, DVM writes: "My colleagues and I have found this product to be very effective in modulating the immune system. Transfer factor is a "soup" of immune-modulating factors, which contains a leukocyte-type molecule that can passively transfer immunity from one mammal to another by stimulating cell-mediated immunity and is antigen specific. Richard Bennett, Ph.D., an Infectious Disease Microbiologist and Immunologist from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, believes this could be the most significant development in animal health care in decades. We have a great number of veterinarians and clients who are experiencing very positive results in a broad area of disorders, including periodontal. "

Shirley's testimonial - April 20002
My 11 year old dog, Shasta, suffered a series of illnesses last year and a stroke this year. The stroke left her  paralyzed in the hind legs. I treated her with homeopathy and herbal extracts and she recovered within a few hours. However, her vitality was very low. I din't think she was going to make it through the Spring. After a couple of weeks on the Transfer Factor Plus (human formula) her energy level and vitaliy improved remarkably. She appears to be back the way she was 2 years ago: frisky and playful. Our pets are prone to suffer from minerals and trace mineral deficiency. For optimum health, I supplement my animal's diet (and my diet too) with the following: fulvic minerals , marine phytoplankton (consist of an immense arsenal and array of naturally occuring powerful phytochemicals, biochemicals, supercharged antioxidants, free-radical scavengers, super oxide dismutases, nutrients, enzymes, hormones, amino acids, antibiotics, antivirals, and antifungals), bee pollen (rich in naturally occuring vitamins), kelp (marine plants), the right kind of salt (not common table salt); magnesium oil,(a miracle mineral in its healing effect on a wide range of diseases as well as in its ability to rejuvenate the aging body). and therapeutic clay  (to promote healing and to detoxify) and with omega 3 oils. Shasta does not drink tap water. I give her only energized, alkaline microwater which is free from toxic chlorine and fluoride.  I support my animals' immune system with Transfer Factor. I never cook or warm up food in a microwave oven. Please read about the Hidden Hazards of Microwave Cooking. Shirley

Just like humans, domesticated animals like dogs and cats are affected by the health hazards of modern living. Pollution, poor nutrition, stress and unhealthy lifestyles can lead to a variety of illnesses and conditions that are very similar to those experienced by humans. These days, emotional and psychological problems like depression, anxiety, ADHD and behavioral problems are just as prevalent in pets as they are in their owners. Similarly, physical ailments such as diabetes, arthritis, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, cystitis, kidney and liver disease, skin disorders, obesity, thyroid dysfunction and other problems are becoming more and more common in domesticated animals. Many, if not most of these conditions can be prevented by helping your pets to live a healthier lifestyle. For pets already suffering from existing conditions, a combination of lifestyle changes and natural medicine can work wonders!

Dr. Jerry Tennant, M.D. says that marine phytoplankton contains almost everything one needs to sustain life and to restore health by providing the raw materials to make new cells that function normally. Learn how phytoplankton saved a dog's Life

F. Batmanghelidj, M.D. - "Every function inside the body is regulated by and depends on water. Water must be available to carry vital elements, oxygen, hormones, and chemical messengers to all parts of the body. Without sufficient water to wet all parts equally, some more remote parts of the body will not receive the vital elements that water supplies. Water is also needed to carry toxic waste away from the cells. In fact, there are at least 50 reasons why the body needs sufficient water on a regular, everyday basis. Without sufficient water to constantly wet all parts, your body's drought-management system kicks into action. The histamine-directed chemical messenger systems are activated to arrange a new, lower quota of water for the drought-stricken areas. When histamine and its subordinate "drought managers" come across pain-sensing nerves, they cause pain. This is what I discovered in my research that I mentioned earlier." More on hydrotherapy  (water therapy)

You cannot poison  your animal into health with drugs, chemo or radiation. The holistic approach treats the whole animal, ignites the body's internal healing force and stimulates the body's natural abilities to heal itself "Health can only be achieved with healthful living" T.C.Fry

Allergies can be, and often are, unrecognized deficiency diseases. Recognizing nutritional deficiencies will save you a great deal of frustration and allow you to make the necessary adjustments in your dog’s diet.

Juliette de Bairacli Levy, an extraordinary women and champion for natural health and well being of animals and children.

SICK OF DRUGGING YOUR PET?

Dr Charles E Loops DVM - "After 10 years of traditional veterinary practice I became tired of having no treatment for chronic disease, incurable conditions, and a plethora of allergic maladies which seem to plague all veterinary practices. I was frustrated with giving animals cortisone because I had no other solutions, or using antibiotics for infections which I knew were of viral origin. There is so much that can be done for an animal, bird, or reptile that is ailing by utilizing homeopathic medicine."

Supporting Your Animal's Immune System Naturally

Scientifically Studied: 4Life Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor Formula was developed by 4Life researchers and scientists in an effort to maximize immune system support. Results of an independent study conducted at the Russian Academy of Medical Science conclusively showed that 4Life Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor Formula propelled Natural Killer (NK) cell activity to a remarkable 437 percent above normal immune system response. No matter what the immune system needs, 4Life Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor Formula delivers powerful support to help you achieve a strong and healthy immune system that knows exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to get it done quickly. It combines the intelligence of 4Life Transfer Factor E-XF, the intuition of NanoFactor, and the power of 4Life’s proprietary Cordyvant blend to regulate, boost, and balance your immune system. Scientific studies report that this Plus Formula can boost immune cell responsiveness 437 percent above normal immune system response.

Veterinarians recommend the human formula, Transfer Factor Plus instead of the pet formula for their sick animals. I find it is easier to give the content of a small capsule of high potency of TF Plus, to very sick dog or cat, especially if they have difficulty eating. The Canine and Feline Complete formulas contain yeast and some dogs have a sensitivity to yeast which may give them the run. Since Shasta is is sensitive to yeast I give her the Transfer Factor Plus (human formula) which I think is a more potent immune booster. I started by giving her one capsule of TF plus (I shoved a capsule in her mouth or mixed it in her food) for 3 consecutive days. As she did well on one capsule, I increased the dosage to 2 capusles a day (one morning and one evening). A few weeks later, as she was doing much better, I decreased the dosage to one capsule a day as a maintenance dosage. Shirley

Michael Dym, VMD - "Over the past 40 years and 17 generations of dogs and, cats we are seeing tremendous increases in chronic ill health in our pets that was rare back in the early 1960's.

Dr. Pat Bradley, DVM, Conway, USA -  "The most common problems I see that are directly related to vaccines on a day to day basis are ear or skin conditions, such as chronic discharges and itching. I also see behaviour problems such as fearfulness or aggression. Often guardians will reportthat these begin shortly after vaccination, and are exacerbated with every vaccine. In a more general and frightening context, I see the overall health and longevity of animals deteriorating. The bodies of most animals have a tremendous capacity to detoxify poisons, but they do have a limit. I think we often exceed that limit and over-whelm the body's immune system function with toxins from vaccines, poor quality foods, insecticides, environmental toxins, etc. This is why we've seen such a dramatic increase in allergies, organ failures, and behaviour problems." (NOTE: a growing number of holistic veterinarians use Transfer Factor before and after vaccination to minimize the side effects and help the animal recover)

Dr. Blanco, D.V.M - "You take healthy animals and often very quickly after you vaccinate, you can see simple things like itching of the skin or excessive licking of the paws, sometimes even with no eruptions. We see a lot of epilepsy, often after a rabies vaccination. Or dogs or cats can become aggressive for several days. Frequently, you'll see urinary tract infections in cats, often within three months after their [annual] vaccination. If you step back, open your mind and heart, you'll start to see patterns of illness post-vaccination."  more about vaccinosis

CHLORINATED and FLUORIDATED WATER.... A BIG NO-NO !!!  There is a perception among many people that bottled water is somehow more healthy or pure than water from their tap. This is simply an illusion of marketing. A four-year study by the National Resources Defense Council (NRDC), released in 1999, found that one-fifth of the sampled bottled waters contained known neurotoxins and carcinogens such as styrene, toluene and xylene. Another NRDC study found that, out of 103 brands of bottled water, one-third contained traces of arsenic and E. coli. This means that out of a sample of 1,000 bottles sold in the U.S., at least 300 would have some level of chemical contamination. It is well known that the average city water today contains over 500 chemicals that do not belong in it. Part of this is due to the fact that most delivery systems in the U.S. include cement, asbestos pipes, cast iron, PVC (porous to certain solvents, herbicides and pesticides) and that lead, cadmium and other toxic metals leach out of valves and couplings of pipes between a water treatment plant and a faucet in the home. Why Purified and Distilled Bottled Water are Bad For You and Your Animals

Dr. Hidemitsu Hayashi, M.D.  - " Water has the ability to attract and accumulate bio-energy. It also stores an energy memory of harmful or helpful vibrations to which it was exposed in the past.  Chlorinated tap water is polluted with non-biological chemicals and negative energy imprints. It is also devoid of bio-energy and so may be regarded as being badly polluted as well as 'dead'. Alkaline living water is regarded by a growing number of health care professionals as the best water to drink and is listed as a medical device in Japan for the treatment of degenerative diseases." Benefits of Alkaline, Ionized Water

Safe, toxin-free, Ionized, Energized, Drinking Water helps to naturally flush toxins and acidic waste from the body and is a powerful antioxidant. Ionized Water makes more oxygen available to our cells than distilled, reverse osmosis, filtered only, bottled or tap water and is the best possible drinking water. "Disease and early death is more likely to be seen with the long term drinking of purified water. Avoid it except in special circumstances." Zoltan P. Rona M.D

A growing number of veterinarians state that processed pet food is the main cause of illness and premature death in the modern dog and cat. In December 1995, the British Journal of Small Animal Practice published a paper contending that processed pet food supresses the immune system and leads to liver, kidney, heart and other diseases. Dr. Kollath, of the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm, headed a study done on animals. When young animals were fed cooked and processed foods they initially appeared to be healthy. However, as the animals reached adulthood, they began to age more quickly than normal and also developed chronic degenerative disease symptoms. A control group of animals raised on raw foods aged less quickly and were free of degenerative disease. For a return to health, pets require a diet which strengthens the immune system and most closely resembles that which they would get in the wild. It's really easy to do. Click here to learn more

    Veterinary Malpractice

"Of the tens of thousands of veterinarians practicing in the United States, many are incompetent, careless or both. Others fail to deliver adequate care because their singular focus on profits makes them unwilling to pay for qualified employees, equipment, supplies, etc. I have even known of one vet who diluted her euthanasia drugs and another who re-used single-use surgery supplies. Animals communicate to us through body language, sounds and emotional energy.  By tapping into the emotional body of the animal information is received and translated.  This form of communication reveals how an animal may feel or respond to certain stimuli or individuals and assist the caregivers in offering a nurturing environment for the animals by providing for their needs.  During the communication,  physical conditions, such illness or discomfort, is often revealed as well as the emotional state of the animal.  This benefits sick animals as their needs are better met and healthy ones as they are better able to fulfill their purpose with us. more about animal communication

Animals come into our lives for many different reasons according to the situation.  They offer companionship, emotional support and most of all unconditional love.  The more we, as caregivers, can provide for their physical and emotional needs the better equipped they become to fulfill their purpose with us.  Many of our 4-legged friends have been with us in the past and have returned to us in the present.  They are devoted to us and it is our duty to treat them with respect and dignity.   If you would like to learn more and have an animal you would like to communicate with please visit her website

A cat with leukemia, an oral tumor, and posterior paralysis due to a spinal tumor, was very ill and emaciated. One month after transfer factors there was some regression of the oral tumor, restored appetite with some weight gain, and increased sociability. Five months later, she continues to improve, regaining normal weight, 80% regression of her oral tumor, and regaining use of hind legs and tail."  more

Severe bite wound healed in two weeks The wound was 3" long and 2" wide. The leg bone was exposed. I could clearly see a piece of the bone detached by the dog's bite.  I didn't take Kuuma to the vet because I didn't want my dog to be injected with steroids, antibiotics or operated on. When a dog of mine is  sick or injured, it needs to be at home, with his love ones, not in a cage, (veterinary "hospital" ) separated from his family, feeling abandonned, just when he needs his family the most. Learn how I treated Kuuma with natural remedies at home and how he healed completely in two weeks!

Dr. Blanco D.V.M  "You take healthy animals and often very quicklyafter you vaccinate, you can see simple things like itching of the skin or excessive licking of the paws, sometimes even with no eruptions and licking of the air. We see a lot of epilepsy, often after a rabies vaccination. Or dogs or cats can become aggressive for several days. Frequently you'll see urinary tract infections in cats, often within three months after their [annual] vaccination. If you step back, open your mind and heart, you'll start to see patterns of illness post-vaccination." learn more
