The
ADHD Fraud: How Psychiatry Makes "Patients" of Normal Children Fred A. Baughman Jr., MD is an adult and child neurologist who
has made "disease" (brain tumor, multiple sclerosis, etc.) vs. "no disease"
(emotional, psychiatric) diagnoses daily and has discovered and described
real diseases. Herein he describes the difference between psychiatry/psychology,
on the one hand, and neurology and all organic medicine, on the other,
and why ADHD and all of psychiatry's "chemical imbalances" are not diseases
at all--but fraud. Referring to psychiatry, he states: "They made a list
of the most common symptoms of emotional discomfiture of children and in
a stroke that could not be more devoid of science or Hippocratic motive-termed
them " diseases"/ "chemical imbalances" each needing/requiring a "chemical
balancer"- a pill." In 1970, when "hyperactivity"/"minimal brain damage"
(forerunners of ADHD) was first represented to Congress to be a brain disease,
only 150,000 had it. Today, not by science or truth, but the "big lie"
-saying it is a disease often enough, 6 million have it! Nor is ADHD the
only "chemical imbalance." They give us conduct disorder (CD), oppositional-defiant
disorder (ODD), major depressive disorder (MDD), OCD, PTSD, GAD, SAD, etc.,
a total of 374 psychiatric disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical
Manual (DSM-IV-TR) of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), said
to be "chemical imbalances" needing "chemical balancers" --pills! In 2003 Congressional
hearings it was said that 17% of the nation's school children, 8.8 million,
were labeled and drugged by psychiatry. Today it is 20%; one in five; over
10 million! How better to sew the seeds of our own destruction? As if this
were not enough, the President's New Freedom Commission on Mental Health
is set to foist compulsory, government-mandated, mental health screening
on all 52 million US schoolchildren. When normal people are lied to, told
they have a "disease" to make "patients" of them, their right to informed
consent has been abrogated and they no longer live in a democracy. When,
pursuant to that lie, they are drugged, what we have is not "treatment"
but poisoning. This is the greatest health care fraud in modern medical
history.
Dr. Fred Baughman - In the area of child psychiatric drugs, the
main focus has been the recently commenced FDA hearings, which pertain
to reports of death, strokes and heart attacks in children and adults.
The first report concerning Adderall came out about a year ago. Adderall
is the number one ADHD drug, and that report dealt with 12 or so individuals
that were said to have had strokes, if you can imagine a stroke occurring
in a young child. Some were sudden deaths and others were heart complications,
and a total of 20 to 30 such reports lead Health Canada to take Adderall

Treating mental disorders as chemical imbalances to be corrected primarily
by chemical intervention is, claims Dr. Breggin,

This is the story of an eight-year-old little boy who first came to
me for treatment on June 1, 1993. His mother described him as “out of control.”
Everything was a constant drama in the house, with the child craving constant
attention. He mimicked others’ behavior to spite them and was angry and
demanding almost all of the time.
He had been like this for years, but over the last year he had become
increasingly unmanageable. His mother said he threw frequent temper tantrums,
had to be -supervised 100% of the time and wouldn’t “accept no as an answer.”
When I saw him in my office, the first thing out of his mouth was a
reaction to my computer. He came over to my desk, stood very close to me,
and with a little malicious grin on his face said: “Your computer just
quacked,” referring to the sound effects my Macintosh computer makes.
The child would hit the mother and other children and smile while he
was doing it. The mother described him as enjoying others’ pain and hurt.
Afterwards, he usually showed guilt or remorse and felt momentarily sad
for the pain inflicted. He was -described as defying his mother, and using
anything as an argument.
He loves to read, but his attention and behavior was unpredictable—one
moment nice, sweet or excessively affectionate and the next moment being
violent and -uncontrollable. He refused to go to bed at night, had a huge
appetite, had frequent stomach pains, took frequent cat naps, slept on
his side, was very opinionated, craved ice, beef jerky, candy, chocolate,
orange juice, tomatoes, tomato juice, and fruit -(especially -bananas,
pears, and peaches). He disliked salty foods.
He was diagnosed with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder and
had been on Prozac for three months at the time of his first visit with
me. His mother reported that his behavior was a little improved on the
Prozac, but not significant enough to keep him under control. They had
also tried psychological counseling with little improvement. The mother
decided to take him off Prozac without discussing it with the doctor (not
something I would recommend!).
I prescribed a homeopathic remedy called Medorrhinum. I recommended
taking the remedy only three times, at a frequency of every other day.
The mother called me ten days later and reported that there was at least
a 50% improvement in behavior. The mother had accidentally given the remedy
daily, rather than following my instructions. I told her to wait and to
not give him any more of the remedy, since improvement -often will take
place once the remedy is stopped. Ten days later she called again and said
there was a setback. I recommended one dose of Medorrhinum in a higher
-potency.
Ten days later the mother called to say there was immediate improvement,
but that it didn’t last. I recommended one more dose of the remedy. I didn’t
hear back from her so I assumed she and the child were doing well. I phoned
a few times to check but my calls were never returned.
I was curious about this case. Since the behavioral problem was so severe
and the improvement so quick and dramatic, I wanted to know if it was holding.
I finally reached the mother nine months later and she reported complete
and lasting improvement without any more doses of the remedy. He just “snapped
out of it” and “never snapped back,” she reported.
This type of case is very gratifying for me as the doctor. This little
boy’s entire life will be changed thanks to the power and magic of homeopathy.
Note that there are about 50 homeopathic remedies for ADD. Do not try to

program, I select a specific and individualized -nutritional regimen based

"A series of studies in the 1980s removed chemical additives and reduced
sugar in the diets of juvenile delinquents. Overall, 8,076 young people
in 12 juvenile correctional facilities were involved. The result? Deviant
behavior fell 47 percent.
"In Virginia, 276 juvenile delinquents at a detention facility housing
particularly hardened adolescents were put on the diet for two years. During
that time, the incidence of theft dropped 77 percent, insubordination dropped
55 percent, and hyperactivity dropped 65 percent. In Los Angeles County
probation detention halls, 1,382 youths were put on the diet. Again, the
results were excellent. There was a 44 percent reduction in problem behavior
and suicide attempts."
"One remarkable double-blind, placebo-controlled study actually compared
Ritalin directly with vitamin B6. Published in 1979 in the journal of Biological
Psychiatry, this study found that high doses of vitamin B6 actually did
a better job than Ritalin at reducing hyperactivity. Vitamin B6 is, of
course, far cheaper (Ritalin prescriptions cost $30 to $60 per month),
and far safer than the drug, and the study's protocol was outstanding."

within days or within two to four weeks of birth after

deteriorating, and usually develops signs of respiratory tract infection.
Then comes the second and third injections, and tragedy strikes: the child

difficulty swallowing, become irritable, stop sleeping, and may develop
convulsions with accelerating progressive deterioration of its condition
and mainly its brain function.
This deterioration may be fast, or may slowly inch in until the parents

the doctor or hospital. Interestingly, they are invariably asked when the
baby was immunised. On learning that the baby was indeed "immunised", the
parents may be reassured that its symptoms will all clear up. They are
sent home with the advice, "Give your baby Panadol". If they persist in
considering the baby's reaction serious, they may be labelled as anxious
parents or trouble-makers. So the parents go home, and the child remains
in a serious condition or dies.
Until recently, the vaccine death would have just been labelled "sudden
infant death", particularly if the symptoms and pathological findings were
minimal. However, nowadays, with an alarmingly increasing frequency, the
parents (or at least one of them, usually the father) may be accused of

murder of his infant son, Alan; he is now serving a life sentence without
possibility of parole at Washington Correctional Institution in Chipley,
