Dr.
Patrick Quillin "Cayenne pepper - prized for thousands
of years for its healing power. Folklore from around the world recounts
amazing results using cayenne pepper in simple healing and in baffling
health problems. But cayenne pepper is not just a healer from ancient history.
Recent
clinical studies have been conducted on many of the old-time health applications
for this miracle herb. Again and again, the therapeutic value of cayenne
pepper has been medically validated."
In a recent letter to the editors of the New England Journal of Medicine,
three Italian doctors describe how they were able to reduce patients' reported
dyspepsia symptoms by more than half - by prescribing red pepper
powder. In a study of 30 patients with functional dyspepsia, half
of the participants received a placebo, while the other half took 2.5 grams
of red pepper powder each day (divided into capsules taken before each
of three meals). Both groups took their respective treatments for five
weeks, and rated their symptoms each day on a scale of zero to three
(higher scores indicated more severe symptoms). By the third week, the
red pepper group showed a significant advantage over the control group.
And by week five, the pepper group's symptoms had declined 60 percent from
their baseline scores - while the control group's scores had only decreased
about half as much. The symptom scores included ratings for pain, a feeling
of fullness, nausea, and an overall score. The red pepper powder produced
significant gains in all four areas.
Many herbalists believe that Cayenne is the most useful and valuable
herb in the herb kingdom, not only for the entire digestive system, but
also for the heart and circulatory system. It acts as a catalyst and increases
the effectiveness of other herbs when used with them.
Cayenne is a medicinal and nutritional herb. It is a very high
source of Vitamins A and C, has the complete B complexes, and is very rich
in organic calcium and potassium, which is one of the reasons it is good
for the heart.
Digestion
Cayenne can rebuild the tissue in the stomach and the peristaltic action
in the intestines. It aids elimination and assimilation, and helps
the body to create hydrochloric acid, which is so necessary for good digestion
and assimilation, especially of proteins. All this becomes very significant
when we realize that the digestive system plays the most important role
in mental, emotional and physical health, as it is through the digestive
system that the brain, glands, muscles and every other part of the body
are fed.
Heart
Cayenne has been known to stop heart attacks within 30 seconds.
For example, when a 90-year-old man in Oregon had a severe heart attack,
his daughter was able to get Cayenne extract into his mouth. He was
pronounced dead by the medics, but within a few minutes, he regained consciousness.
On the way to the hospital, he remained in a semi-conscious state, but
the daughter kept giving him the Cayenne extract. By the time they
got to the hospital, he had fully recovered and wanted to go home
and mow the lawn. The doctor asked what she had given him, as he
said it was the closest thing to a miracle he had ever seen.
Capsicum (cayenne pepper) is said to be unequal for its ability to boost
circulation and increase heart action. Capsicum exerts a variety of desirable
actions on the entire cardiovascular system. It has the extraordinary ability
to enhance cardiovascular performance while actually lowering blood pressure.
Capsicum has an energizing effect on the entire system. It has traditionally
been used for overcoming fatigue and restoring stamina and vigor. It is
a natural stimulant without the threatening side effects (palpitations,
hyper-activity or rise in blood pressure) of most other stimulating agents.
Because Capsicum boots peripheral circulation and stimulates organ secretion,
it expedites the therapeutic delivery and action of nutrients in the body.
It will ensure the rapid and even distribution of the active principles
of available nutrients to critical function centers, including those involved
in cellular respiration, metabolic data transmission and neural-hormonal
action. The remarkable ability of Capsicum to stimulate organ secretion
and even heart action makes it one of the strongest natural stimulants
known. Clearly, Capsicum should be considered nothing less than a wonder
herb that has scientifically proven its worth!
If you want to carry something in your first aid kit for a heart attack,
carry a cayenne tincture. Even a bottle of Tabasco Sauce® might be
good enough. Dr Christopher discovered that a cup of cayenne tea, one tsp
of cayenne in a cup of hot water, stopped a heart attack in under three
minutes. If you feel one coming on, try a few droppers-full of cayenne
tincture and if that doesn’t stop it, then nitroglycerine wouldn’t work
either.
If
a heart attack should occur, it is suggested that a teaspoon of extract
be given every 15 minutes or a teaspoon of Cayenne in a glass of hot water
be taken until the crisis has passed. Dr. Anderson also knew of a
doctor who rushed out into the parking lot and put cayenne tincture into
the mouth of a man who had died of a heart attack while he was parking
his car. Within a few minutes, the man’s heart starting beating again.
More
about cayenne and heart attacks
According to Dr. Richard Anderson, using cayenne and hawthorn berries
together has a most incredible effect upon the heart. He believes
that a regimen of cayenne and hawthorn berries for several months will
greatly strengthen the heart, and possibly prevent heart attacks.
He states further that if an attack were to occur in someone who had followed
this regimen, chances are very good that no damage would occur. He
tells the following story about his mother:
“I had her taking hawthorn berries and cayenne when she had a heart
attack at the age of 79. Her diet had not been the best, and she
was in an extremely stressful situation. While in the hospital, they found
three blocked arteries and wanted to operate immediately. They did
not think that she could survive for more than a few weeks if they didn’t
operate. (How many have heard that story!) The doctors thought
it would be very risky to operate, but they had her there, and there was
a lot of money to be made. So they decided to take some tests in
the hopes that they could find an excuse to operate. In spite of
the fact that she had been taking lots of aspirin for her arthritis,
smoked like she was the reincarnation of a boiler factory, and had just
had a heart attack, they found that her heart was incredibly strong.
In fact, they felt that her heart was stronger than most people in
their 30’s! The good news was that not only did she survive the operation,
but also she stopped smoking! Well worth the operation, don’t you
think? In my opinion, that was the best thing the doctors ever did for
her. Well, that is what hawthorn and cayenne can do for the heart,
and every good herbalist knows it; every good doctor should also know it,
but very few do.”
Emergencies
It is a good idea to always have some Cayenne extract on hand for emergencies.
Dr. Anderson carries capsules of cayenne with him in the car and whenever
he goes hiking, backpacking or mountain climbing. He says, “You never
know when you may find someone having a heart attack or some other emergency.”
The
following stories demonstrate only a few of the remarkable emergency uses
of cayenne:
If a hemorrhage occurs in the lungs, stomach, uterus or nose, it is
suggested that a teaspoon of extract (or a teaspoon of cayenne powder in
a cup of hot water) be given every 15 minutes until the crisis has passed.
The bleeding should stop in 10-30 seconds. The reason for this is
that rather than the blood pressure being centralized, it is equalized
by the Cayenne, and the clotting action of the blood becomes more rapid.
For external bleeding, take cayenne internally and pour cayenne directly
on the wound.
Dyspepsia
In a double-blind study, 30 individuals with dyspepsia were given either
2.5 grams daily of red pepper powder (divided up and taken prior to meals)
or placebo for 5 weeks. By the third week of treatment, individuals taking
red pepper were experiencing significant improvements in pain, bloating,
and nausea as compared to placebo, and these relative improvement lasted
through the end of the study.
A placebo-controlled crossover study failed to find benefit, but it
only enrolled 11 participants, far too few to have much chance of identifying
a treatment effect.
All double-blind studies of topical capsaicin (or cayenne) suffer from
one drawback: it isn't really possible to hide the burning sensation that
occurs during initial use of the treatment. For this reason, such studies
probably aren't truly double-blind. It has been suggested that instead
of an inactive placebo, researchers should use some other substance (such
as camphor) that causes at least mild burning. However, such treatments
might also have therapeutic benefits; they have a long history of use for
pain as well.
Because of these complications, the evidence for topical treatments
cited below is less meaningful than it might at first appear.
Pain
Capsaicin cream is well established as a modestly helpful pain-relieving
treatment for post-herpetic neuropathy (the pain that lingers after an
attack of shingles) peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain that occurs most
commonly as a side effect of diabetes, but may occur with HIV as well as
other conditions), nerve pain after cancer surgery and arthritis.
Capsaicin instilled into the nose may be helpful for cluster headache.
(The fact that this has even been considered a viable treatment option
shows how painful cluster headaches can be!) Actual cayenne rather
than capsaicin has been tested for pain as well. A 3-week, double-blind
trial of 154 individuals with back pain found that cayenne applied topically
as a plaster improved pain to a greater extent than placebo.
Skin Conditions
A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of almost 200 individuals
found that use of topical capsaicin can improve itching as well as overall
severity of psoriasis. Benefits were also seen in a smaller double-blind
study of topical capsaicin for psoriasis. Topical capsaicin is thought
to be helpful for various itchy skin conditions, such as prurigo nodularis,
but double-blind studies are lacking.
Cancer
Researchers found capsaicin exhibited anticancer activity (it induced
programmed cell death to human cancer cells without affecting normal cells)
against pancreatic cancer, an aggressive form of the disease typified by
exceptionally poor outcomes." Learn

Heart Attacks
Dr. Christopher - "In 35 years of
practice, and working with the people and teaching, I have never on house
calls lost one heart attack patient and the reason is, whenever I go in--if
they are still breathing--I pour down them a cup of cayenne tea (a teaspoon
of cayenne in a cup of hot water, and within minutes they are up and around).
This is one of the fastest acting aids we could ever give for the heart,
because it feeds that heart immediately. Most hearts are suffering from
malnutrition because of processed food we are eating, but here it gets
a good powerful dose of real food and it's something that has brought people
in time after time. This is something that everyone should know how great
it is, because a
heart
attack can come to your friends or loved ones any time. And even yourself.
The warm tea is faster working than tablets, capsules, cold tea, because
the warm tea opens up the cell structure--makes it expand and accept the
cayenne that much faster, and it goes directly to the heart, through the
artery system, and feeds it in powerful food. "
The
Healing Power of Cayenne Pepper : Complete Handbook of Cayenne Home Remedies
Poderes
Curativos De Los Chiles/Healiing Powers of Hot Peppers
Left
for Dead This book digs up the dirt on the medical
establishment saying that heart surgery can nearly kill you and do you
no good in the end, all done with a whopping price-tag. Drugs are favored
over herbs since they can be patented and sold to patients for great profits.
Dick Quinn gives his personal testimony about nearly dying from heart surgery,
but finally getting well by taking Cayenne, Garlic, Onion
and other herbs, but mainly Cayenne. He scoured the earth looking for the
hottest Cayenne he could find to burn his insides out! But no matter how
much it burns, it's all good for you. He started his own herb company servicing
mainly heart conditions which had a lot of loyal customers until the FDA...
shut him down because his cure was effective and cheap, and the medical
establishment did not profit. I ran out and bought some Cayenne and popped
several daily. I really didn't get the energy boost he got, but I suppose
they're helping. The book tells his story first, then describes some herbs
secondly, and then ends with the disadvantages of heart surgery. There
are sage quotes about the medical establishment and goodness of healing
herbs throughout the book from distinguished men. The book seems somewhat
disjointed as it goes into its different, but inter-related parts written
by different authors. Quinn's story is short, skims the surface, and has
some drama, but certainly is not a candidate for an Oscar winning movie.
The writing style is direct, conversational, and informative and skips
all literary flourishes to get the news out that herbs can heal. I found
particularly interesting that drugs like aspirin merely synthetically imitate
the healing effects of herbs, such as aspirin being derived from Willow
Bark.
Dr. John Christopher, famous natural healer, praised the use
of Cayenne throughout the time of his practice. He had this to say in his
Newsletter titled "Cayenne", Vol 1, Number 12
"In 35 years of practice, and working with the people and teaching,
I have never on house calls lost one heart attack patient and the reason
is, whenever I go in--if they are still breathing--I pour down them a cup
of cayenne tea (a teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of hot water, and within
minutes they are up and around). This is one of the fastest acting aids
we could ever give for the heart, because it feeds that heart immediately.
Most hearts are suffering from malnutrition because of processed food we
are eating, but here it gets a good powerful dose of real food and it's
something that has brought people in time after time. This is something
that everyone should know how great it is, because a heart attack can come
to your friends or loved ones any time. And even yourself. The warm tea
is faster working than tablets, capsules, cold tea, because the warm tea
opens up the cell structure--makes it expand and accept the cayenne that
much faster, and it goes directly to the heart, through the artery system,
and feeds it in powerful food.
To show the value of cayenne, and how great it is, and what a wonderful
heart food it is, this story has been repeated in a number of publications
on doctors in the East who put some live heart tissue into a sterile beaker
filled with distilled water, and fed it nothing but cayenne pepper, cleaning
off sediments periodically and adding nothing but distilled water from
natural evaporation. During the time that they were feeding the heart tissue,
they would have to trim it continually every few days because it would
grow so rapidly. Having no control glands (pituitary and pineal glands),
the tissue just continued to grow rapidly and, because of this, they had
to watch it over the years and the doctors and associates kept the heart
tissue alive for fifteen years. After the doctor died, his associates kept
it alive for two more years before destroying it so they could do more
research work on it. This shows the high food value cayenne gives to heart
tissue. This is why so many, many amazing instances have come to light,
people who have used cayenne when they had heart attacks because, in most
cases, your heart attack is a case of malnutrition. The heart hasn't had
a decent meal for so long that it is practically starved, and we give it
immediately a good meal instead of whipping it with nitroglycerine or digitalis
or some other type of drug to force it to beat rapidly to bring more food
values to the heart so that it could find a little help to keep going.
Here we give the cayenne directly to the system, and it goes into the heart
area acting as a good full meal. Many fast responses come from this."
Historical or traditional use of cayenne
The potent, hot fruit of cayenne has been used as medicine for centuries.
It was considered helpful for various conditions of the gastrointestinal
tract, including stomachaches, cramping pains, and gas. Cayenne was frequently
used to treat diseases of the circulatory system. It is still traditionally
used in herbal medicine as a circulatory tonic (a substance believed to
improve circulation). Rubbed on the skin, cayenne is a traditional, as
well as modern, remedy for rheumatic pains and arthritis due to what is
termed a counterirritant effect. A counterirritant is something which causes
irritation to a tissue to which it is applied, thus distracting from the
original irritation (such as joint pain in the case of arthritis).

Cholesterol Truth
- The Dangers of Low Blood Cholesterol and Cholesterol-lowering Medication
The
idea that too much animal fat and a high cholesterol is dangerous to your
heart and vessels is nothing but a myth. Cholesterol is not a deadly poison,
but a substance vital to the cells of all mammals. Researchers at the University
San Diego School of Medicine UCSD point out that high cholesterol in those
over 75 years of age is protective, rather than harmful and that low cholesterol
is a risk factor for heart arrhythmias (leading cause of death if heart
attack occurs). Researchers from the University of Denmark report that
about 15% of cholesterol lowering drug users over the age of 50 will suffer
from nerve damage as direct result of using statin drugs. USA Today reported
that Statins have killed and injured more people than the government has
acknowledged. more

U.S., and his overseas experience included epidemiology and health statistics
in rural areas where people live on simple foods. The title of his book
arises from his insistence that more than 80 percent of angiograms and
heart bypass surgeries are unnecessary. He also argues that cholesterol
isn't
as major a factor in provoking heart attacks as it is made out to be,
and that advertising and greed are among the main forces driving many drug
companies and much of medical practice to say that it is. This isn't the
ivory-tower spouting of a fanatic, for, whatever one may think of his satire

Making
Tinctures -An Example with Cayenne Tincture - Dr. Schulze
-
Start to make this and ANY Tincture,
if possible, on a NEW Moon.
-
Take a Quart Canning Jar and
fill it 1/4 FULL with DRIED Cayenne Peppers, getting the HOTTEST ones (i.e.
- Habanero, African Bird, Serrano, Jalapeno - 90,000+ Heat Units), that
you can obtain.
-
Add enough 50% Grain Alcohol
(100 Proof Vodka) to the Cayenne Peppers (powdered, using a Blender or
Grinder) to just COVER them.
-
Use enough FRESH Cayenne Peppers,
that you can blend with 50% Grain Alcohol (100 Proof Vodka) to turn the
Mixture into an Apple Sauce-Like Consistency.
-
Add this Mixture to the 1st
Mixture, filling up the Canning Jar 3/4 FULL.
-
Fill up the rest of the Canning
Jar with MORE 50% Grain Alcohol (100 Proof Vodka).
-
Shake it as MANY times as possible,
during the Day.
-
Let this Mixture SIT, until
the following FULL Moon (15-16 Days), but OPTIMALLY until the following
NEW Moon (28-29 Days)!
-
Strain this Mixture through
an UNBLEACHED Coffee Filter.
-
Bottle the RESULTING Tincture.
NOTE: Part EQUALS Volume, NOT Weight in this Tincture Method. If
using 95% Alcohol (190 Proof), then DILUTE in half with Distilled Water.
Modify this procedure by using DRIED Herbs ONLY, if FRESH Herbs are NOT
AVAILABLE, and when making other Herbal Tinctures also. Also if you want
to make a SUPER-POTENT Tincture (i.e. - Cayenne Pepper & Lobelia Seed
Pod), then allow the Mixture to sit for a FULL 3 Months!
Botanical Influences on Cardiovascular Disease
The best-known herb for the heart in western herbalism is Hawthorn
(Crataegus). The extract of hawthorn can increase blood flow to the heart
muscle itself, helping to counteract one of the most common modern causes
of death in industrial countries--heart attack due to lack of blood flow
to the heart. In pharmacological tests on both animals and humans, hawthorn
has been shown to improve the contractility of the heart muscle (which
can lead to a stronger pumping action of the heart), increase cardiac performance
and output, lower the peripheral vascular resistance (reducing the workload
of the heart), steady the heartbeat (antiarrhythmic effect), as well as
increasing the heart's tolerance to oxygen deficiency, such as might happen
during stress or excitement, or in diseases where the arteries are partially
blocked."

C.K. Benny Foo, M.D. - "My
mum is 89 years young and suffers from ischaemic heart disease and congestive
cardiac failure. Her main complaints were severe shortness of breath on
mild exertion, and coughing. She had to be wheeled around whenever we took
her for an outing. I took two bottles of Transfer
Factor Cardio home to Australia and started my mum on 2 capsules
twice a day. After only three weeks she noticed some improvement in her
breathing. After only 5 weeks she said the new capsules we brought back
were #1, indicating with her right thumb up. Now she is able to walk further
with much less shortness of breath. In mid-October we took her to Werribbee
Zoo and brought the wheel chair along for her to use. After a short journey
in the wheel chair she decided to walk by herself. We tried to dissuade
her and told her that the walk would be too much for her heart. She insisted,
and so we relented and let her push the wheelchair around the zoo. She
completed the walk around the zoo with no shortness of breath! She has
derived other benefits from taking TF Cardio, both her appetite and weight
have increased! We are extremely happy TF Cardio has helped her. We strongly
recommend TF Cardio for anyone with cardiovascular problems."
"In October 2002 I had a C-reactive
Protein test (CRP) done to measure the level of inflammation in my artery
walls after having read a number of articles indicating this type of inflammation
as being the root cause of heart attacks. My CRP reading was 7.9,
with 8.7 being about the highest and worst one can have. This test showed
I was at very high risk of having a heart attack. One physician
I shared this with commented, in front of a large audience, that if my
CRP reading stayed at that level, I was virtually guaranteed to
have a heart attack. From the day I received my CRP test results, to this
day, I have consumed 4 TF Cardio daily. At the end of February, 2003, I
had the CRP level checked again. In just four short months of consuming
TF Cardio, I am now close to having the BEST level one could have, 1.1.
The lowest and best reading on the chart is 1.0! I believe our TF Cardio
product most likely saved my life." Richard Helgeland, Washington

More Nutrients for the Heart - Cardiovascular System
Hypertension, heart disease and strokes are problems that start with
the lining of arteries, called the endothelium. When the cell membranes
of the endothelium are inflamed, oxidized, toxic and lacking in energy,
they go into spasms (blood pressure goes up, and transient lack of circulation
in the coronaries is noted, as well as damage to the brain), they become
more sticky, and clotting is augmented (cholesterol then sticks to the
lining, starting plaque formation, and decreased circulation to the heart
and brain).
Increased levels of insulin are very
inflammatory to the endothelium. Also, higher levels of insulin cause
the liver to lose its ability to keep cholesterol from becoming inflamed,
and oxidized. A lack of antioxidants in the liver compounds this problem,
resulting in toxic levels of cholesterol, which will readily stick to the
endothelium, already sticky from the same mechanisms. As you may surmise,
FrequenSea begins to correct all the above mechanisms of disease. Specifically,
it improves the Nitrous Oxide Synthase (NOS) pathway of inflammation, making
the arteries less inflamed and oxidized. A dysfunctional NOS is one of
the most important issues behind endothelial inHammaricm.
Also, inflammation of the liver and endothelium is increased by toxins
such as heavy metals. Any food high in antioxidants in general, and Marine
Phytoplankton in particular, will help detoxify these foreign chemicals.
Toxins such as Homocysteine
are produced by our liver, when it lacks enough B vitamins to carry out
its functions, particularly methylation. Homocysteine has been shown to
be an inflammatory molecule, and it's practically present in all diseases
that have an inflammatory component. Marine Phytoplankton
decreases
the levels of Homocysteine.
By improving the health of our intestinal flora, Marine phytoplankton
increases the levels of Short Chain Fatty Acids (SCFA), which are indispensable
to the health of cell membranes, particularly the endothelium. SCFA are
only produced by benign intestinal organisms. This is why Probiotics
have been found to reduce heart disease. The high amino acid content of
Marine phytoplankton is also helpful in reducing the risk of heart disease.
L-Arginine, an amino acid found in Marine phytoplankton, has been found
to be critical to maintain a healthy NOS and endothelium. A lack thereof
has been associated with significant inflammation/oxidation of the cell
membranes lining arteries.

materials to make new cells and sustain the existing ones. The problem
is that we need ALL of them at the same time for things to work. One of
those rare products that contains almost everything you need for life (and
the rebuilding of a healthy life) is marine phytoplankton.

From my studies and my own experience with cayenne, I consider it to be
an important ingredient for anybody interested in taking educated and careful
responsibility for his or her own well-being in situations that are not
serious enough to require a doctor's care or in circumstances in which
medical attention is not immediately available. " Cayenne

Treating Chronically Ill Patients with
Transfer Factor
Transfer
factor is the name of the molecules in the immune system that transfer
and establish the immune system in a newborn. These molecules were first
discovered in the late 40's by Dr. H. Sherwood Lawrence. Transfer
factor has been studied for
decades
by scientists from all over the world, and thousands of studies exist.
Dr. Lawrence found that adding transfer factors to an existing immune
system increased the efficiency of that immune system dramatically. This
helped fight bacterial infections like bronchitis, pneumonia, and sinus
infections, viral infections like colds and flu, and diseases like cancer,
much more effectively.
Rob Robertson, MD - "There is no other product in a nutritional
substance, nor a drug, that has this kind of power and ability to affect
our immune system. With the increase of killer viruses, mutated germs,
super-resistant germs, and food contaminations, our only hope and defense,
must lie within our own immune system." more...
Healing
Clay - Healing Earth Clay is renowned to have many uses in promoting
health in plants, animals and humans. Bentonite, Pascalite, as well as
other types of healing clays, have been used by indigenous cultures since
before recorded history. According to Knishinsky, benefits reported by
people using liquid clay for a period of two to four weeks include: improved
intestinal regularity; relief from chronic constipation, diarrhea, indigestion,
and ulcers; a surge in physical energy; clearer complexion; brighter, whiter
eyes; enhanced alertness; emotional uplift; improved tissue and gum repair;
and increased resistance to infections. Clay works on the entire organism.
No part of the body is left untouched by its healing energies, he notes.
"The eating of clay has been observed in [ native ] peoples and animals
in all parts of the world since antiquity. Early writers described the
widespread use of kanwa ( earth from a lick near Lake Chad ) for animals
and humans in Nigeria. Long journeys were made to [ this ] lick to obtain
a tribal supply of this earth, and it was then issued as rations to cattle
and humans... learn more
Other Earth Cure: Fulvic
Acids and Shilajit Fulvic Acid and Shilajit are involved in
complex biochemical reactions in living plants and animals, which directly
influence the very metabolic processes at the cellular level. Fulvic acid
is a humic substance or extract. Humic substances are found in rich humus
soil in trace amounts and are
considered nature's own best medicine
for plants, animals, humans,
and the Earth itself. To the science
of living cells, fulvic acids are vital in bringing substantial amounts
of nutrients and minerals into water solution and delivering their living
energies to the living cells. Fulvic acid assists every stage of cellular
metabolism and is the most powerful, natural electrolyte known. It restores
electrical balance to damaged cells, neutralizes toxins and can eliminate
food poisoning within minutes. Shilajit in Sanskrit means "conqueror
of mountains and destroyer of weakness". It comes from the rocks in the
lower Himalayas and is the most important natural remedy of Ayurvedic medicine.
The
active principle of shilajit is fulvic acid.
Traditionally considered
a panacea and a strong kidney tonic, it increases the core energy responsible
for your sexual and spiritual power, the same force that is withered by
stress and anxiety. “There is hardly any curable disease which cannot be
controlled or cured with the aid of Shilajit.” - Famous Indian Vaid Charak
(1st Century A.D. It is used by the indigenous system of medicine in India,
Hakims and Vaids and traditional healers, in a great variety of diseases:
genitourinary diseases, diabetes, chronic bronchitis, asthma, gall stones,
jaundice, painful and bleeding piles, enlarged liver and spleen, fermentative
dyspepsia, digestive disorders, worms, renal and bladder calculi, nervous
debility, sexual neurasthenia, hysteria, anaemia and in bone fracture.
"Bee
Pollen is often referred to as nature's most complete
food, containing all of the 22 elements that the human body requires to
function, provides you with 135 essential nutrients, a vast array of vitamins,
minerals, amino acids and more. Human consumption of bee pollen is praised
in the Bible, other religious books, and ancient Chinese and Egyptian texts.
It has long been prescribed by traditional health practitioners-including
the fathers of Western medicine Hippocrates, Pliny the Elder, and Pythagoras-for
its healing properties. Bee pollen rejuvenates the body, stimulates organs
and glands, enhances vitality, and brings about a longer life span. Bee
pollen's ability to consistently and noticeably increase energy levels
makes it a favorite substance among many world class athletes and those
interested in sustaining and enhancing quality performance." Steve Schecter

Profound Life-Giving
Properties of Marine Phytoplankton
Dr.
Jerry Tennant, MD, from the Tennant Institute of Integrative Medicine,
explains that the micronutrients and electrolytes in marine phytoplankton
are exactly what human cell membranes need to carry out their metabolism.
Not surprisingly, the composition of human plasma, or fluid surrounding
cell membranes, is similar to that of sea water. For three billion years
Marine Phytoplankton has supported virtually all living creatures in the
Ocean. It contains a unique combination of life sustaining nutrients
including; Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA), protein, chlorophyll,
vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Overdependence on land-based food
sources often lead to deficiencies in micronutrients and trace elements.
Marine phytoplankton promotes and maintains optimum health by boosting
and supporting all systems within the body. When the body is missing critical
components, it is unable to maintain the balance of these systems, and
malfunctions (disease) result. Scientific research indicates that
Marine Phytoplankton may be the most important food on Planet Earth. It
is nature's gift to assist us on our journey to optimal health and wellness
through balanced nutrition. "The future of Nutrition is found in
the ocean" - Jacques Cousteau more
Healing with Holy
Thistle (Blessed Thistle) and Other Herbs
The use of blessed thistle commonly known as holy thistle (Carbenia
benedicta) has been recorded as far back as the early sixteenth century
for treating smallpox, fever, anorexia, dyspepsia, indigestion, constipation,
and flatulence. Monks often grew Blessed Thistle as a cure for small
pox. Historically, blessed thistle tea has been drunk for digestive problems,
liver and gall bladder problems, headache prevention, respiratory ailments,
memory improvement and external problems such as sores, boils and itchy
skin. The plant gained the title "blessed" for its use in treating plague.
Blessed thistle is also used as a strong but gentle liver tonic herb, promoting
metabolic activities in the liver cells and toxin elimination. Especially
noted as a tonic herb for women. Some individuals employ this herbs, as
they would its cousin milk thistle, as a remedy for gallbladder and liver
disorders. more
Glutathione, the
Most Powerful Antioxidant, Plays a Critical Role in the Cellular Detoxification
Processes
Glutathione is continuously defending our body against attacks from
disease, toxins, poisons, viruses, pollutants, radiation and oxidative
stress. Without Glutathione our liver would soon become overwhelmed with
the accumulation of toxins, resulting in organ failure and death. The level
of Glutathione in our cells is predictive of how long we will live.
The level of Glutathione in our cells is predictive of how long we will
live. We need this miraculous antioxidant to survive, and without it, our
liver would soon become overwhelmed with the accumulation of toxins, resulting
in organ failure and death. Glutathione is manufactured by every one of
our trillions of cells and is one of the most important healing and cleansing
agents. Low glutathione levels are linked to diseases such as Cancer, Multiple
Sclerosis, AIDS, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Atherosclerosis, pregnancy complications,
male infertility and Cataracts. Glutathione is continuously defending our
body against attacks from disease, toxins, poisons, viruses, pollutants,
radiation and oxidative stress.
Salt Deficiency:
the cause of many serious diseases
When organic, unrefined
salt lack in your diet, weakness and sickness follow.
An abundance of the ingredients in unrefined real salt (not
common table salt) are as synonymous with life today as they were a billion
years ago before single cells appeared here. Lack of them is synonymous
with birth defects, organ failure, decay, diseases, premature aging and
death at a young age. more about real salt

are due to a deficiency of vital nutrients. When you supply your body with
the proper nutrients, in a form that your body can use, it knows how to
repair itself.
Healing through Fasting: Fasting is the world's
most ancient and natural healing mechanism.
Healing with Water: Hydrotherapy has been used
for centuries to heal the sick.
Healing with Sunlight: Sunlight helps the body
heal wounds and injuries and overcome virtually any illness.
Healing with Earth: Clay is renowned to have many
uses in promoting health in plants, animals and humans.
Healing with Plants: Plants have the power to supply
the bodies’ life force with the energies it needs to restore and maintain
health.
Healing with Urine: One of the most powerful, most
researched and most medically proven natural cures ever discovered.
Healing from the Hives: Bee pollen rejuvenates your

The body has an innate
capacity to heal itself. Self-healing can only occur once the cause
of
the illness has been eliminated. Why elimination of the symptom is NOT
the same as elimination of the disease? Physicians and surgeons

Fasting and Detoxification - Internal Cleansing - Optimum Health Through
Natural Hygiene Detoxification is a normal body process of
eliminating or neutralizing toxins through the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs,
lymph and skin. Fasting is the world's most ancient and natural healing
mechanism. Fasting triggers a truly wondrous cleansing process that reaches
right down to each and every cell and tissue in the body. more

for Optimum Health - Chemicals and Toxins Are The Primary Cause of Illness,
Disease and Obesity Substances that are toxic to our bodies
come at us from all directions: the air we breathe, the food we eat, the
water we drink, the cleaning products we use, and the metabolic waste produced
inside us. Toxins build-up in the body contribute to premature aging and
chronic and degenerative diseases. Dr. Steve Nugent, the past president
of the American Naturopathic Medical Association, reported recently that
"in the typical American home there are more toxins inside the home than
outside the home! Your cells actually contain over 400 new toxins that
didn't even exist 45 years ago and we are losing the battle against toxins!"
It's a fact. There are increasing amounts of toxins and chemical agents
in the water we drink, the food we eat and the air we breathe - they all
contribute to the breakdown in cellular communication and disease. more

What
Every Parent Should Know BEFORE Their Childen Are Vaccinated! Why
are a growing number of parents and health care professionals around the
world questioning vaccination? The controversy stems from the thousands
of deaths and permanent disabilities attributed to vaccination annually,
as well as the many published medical studies, government statistics,
congressional
testimonies, and other credible sources that directly contradict commonly
held assumptions about vaccine safety and effectiveness.
Bart Classen, a Maryland physician, published data showing that diabetes
rates rose significantly in New Zealand following a massive hepatitis B
vaccine campaign in young children, and that diabetes rates also went up
sharply in Finland after three new childhood vaccines were introduced.

In fall 1997, two influential professional magazines featured articles
asking the question: Has the decrease of infectious diseases in childhood
through the mass use of vaccines been replaced with an increase in chronic
diseases such as diabetes and asthma? The Economist, a prestigious international
magazine read by world leaders in government, business and public policy,
and Science News, a magazine read by both health care
professionals
and the general public, explored the reported links between vaccines and
chronic diseases in their November 22, 1997 issues.

Hearing: "You mean to tell me that since 1929, we've been using Thimerosal,
and the only test that you know of is from 1929, and every one of
those people had mennigitis, and they all died?" For nearly an hour, Burton
repeatedly asked FDA and CDC officials what they knew and when they knew
it. (Thimerosal contains a related mercury compound called ethyl mercury.
Mercury is a toxic metal that can cause immune, sensory, neurological,
motor, and behavioral dysfunctions.)
